I have been wanting to recover the seat of my desk chair for a long time, but never knew how to get it off, etc.
After adding some turquoise accents to my old desk (which I found years and years ago at my very first estate sale) the army green wasn't going to cut it anymore. Soooo...off to the fabric store I went where I found this cute brown and turquoise plaid.
How did I recover it?
HOT GLUE...LOTS AND LOTS OF HOT GLUE!
I didn't even have to remove it. I just went right over the top.
It turned out 10x better than I thought it would.
So much better.
